Summer greetings from the MEDINA project!
We are just back from the 9th General assembly of project partners in Ljubljana, the green capital of Slovenia. With only four months left in the project, we met together to work on finalising the project activities and start to prepare everything for the project`s successful conclusion.
We opened the day 1 with an overview of integration of components in the MEDINA framework and any issues we need to resolve before finishing the integration in July with the third and final integrated version of the MEDINA framework. We continued with the presentation from both use cases (Bosch and Fabasoft) about the validation process and the walkthrough on how they interact with the MEDINA framework. The main focus was on assuring transparency that is resolving any missing interactions and communications between the components to successfully simulate the fulfilment of EUCS requirements and the road to certification.
The next day was dedicated to the overview of project`s key results and KPIs, following by reports on the advancements in communication, dissemination, standardization and networking activities. We also tackled the topics of training materials and business models and business scenarios, with the aim of ensuring the sustainability of the MEDINA outcomes. We wrapped up the meeting with action points for the final project`s months and the preparation for the final review.
Additionally, we also took the time to explore the city and unwind in the lovely atmosphere of the Ljubljana castle 😊
We`ll see you at the final (10th) GA in Pisa in October 2023!
